Q. How quickly will my number plates be delivered?

A. We offer FREE Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked delivery as standard on all number plate orders, ensuring your plates arrive safely and within 2-3 days.

If you need your plates sooner, we also offer a Royal Mail 24-hour Tracked service for our fastest delivery for £7.95.

Please note: For same-day dispatch, we require a complete order, including all necessary documents, to be submitted before 11:00am Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

 

Q. What documents do I need to provide to complete my order?

A. To complete your order, we require the following two documents:

  1. Proof of Address (must match the delivery address and be issued within the last 6 months). Acceptable documents include:

    • Driving licence

    • Utility bill (Gas, Water, or Electric)

    • Council tax bill

    • Phone or Internet bill

    • Bank / Mortgage statement

  2. Proof of Ownership / Entitlement. Acceptable documents include:

    • Vehicle logbook (V5c)

    • Retention Certificate (V778)

    • Certificate of Entitlement (V750)

    • New keeper supplement (green slip)

    • Letter of authorisation from a lease or hire company

    • View Vehicle Record document (VVR) from a lease or hire company

    • Vehicle tax / SORN reminder form (V11)

Please ensure both documents are provided to avoid any delays with your order.

 

Q. Are 4D and 3D GEL number plates legal?

A. Yes, our 3D and 4D plates are 100% legal. According to the DVLA Government website, “Characters on a number plate can be 3D” – you can find more details here in the Government Number Plate Rules.

The term ‘4D’ is simply an industry standard, and these plates are essentially still 3D.

Please note, we only produce fully road legal number plates and do not supply show plates of any kind.

 

Q. Are short number plates legal?

A. Yes, our short number plates fully comply with DVLA Government guidelines. 

 

Q. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

A. Due to the individual nature of number plates they are all made bespoke to order which makes all personalised vehicle registrations and number plates exempt from the Consumer Contracts(Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

There is no right to return or refund.

We do understand that errors and mistakes are made and we will do everything possible to try and accommodate our customers however if the plates have already been made then we are unable to cancel or refund orders.
